On December 8, WoLF sent a petition demanding the Los Angeles Film Critics Association protect women’s award categories - it was signed by 712 concerned women and men around the world.

We call upon the Los Angeles Film Critics Association (LAFCA) to immediately reverse its decision and reinstate sex-based awards categories for acting. Furthermore, we call upon LAFCA leaders to share the full language of this petition and the list of signatories with the entire LAFCA membership.
